Welcome to the KSK Spring 2018 Registration for Grades 1 & 2

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit $500.00  payment for the spring.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

NOTE:  THERE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE OF 3% + $1.00 FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS AND/OR IN PERSON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.  TO AVOID THIS FEE YOU CAN PAY BY CASH OR CHECK AT THE SPORTS ACADEMY.

VERY IMPORTANT AAU INFORMATION

Each player must have a current AAU extended membership before they can participate.   Note:  AAU membership expires annually on July 31st.  

Please visit the AAU  web site (see link below) to register for EXTENDED MEMBERSHIP ($16).  Once completed please print out your AAU card and drop off with your coach.
